We gathered on the coziest of evenings by the fire in the library in the Winter of 2023. A delicious evening of conversations, tears, wine and of course cheese-cake to celebrate the launch of Charlotte Ree’s memoir “Heartbake”. Part memoir, part recipe book and part joyous battle cry for those who find themselves lonely at any age, hungry for so much more from life. A story of losing love, but finding oneself. A story of healing through food.
